About the Role

Royal Cyber KSA is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on planning and executing customer events across Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality events designed to attract qualified customers, industry speakers, technology partners, and C-level executives, with a direct impact on sales opportunities and pipeline generation.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to deliver six executive events within the first six months, aiming for approximately one event per month. Success will be measured by the quality of prospects engaged, the sales conversations initiated, and the pipeline and revenue influenced by each event, rather than solely by the number of events delivered. This is a commercially accountable position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a rolling six-month event calendar for Saudi Arabia.
• Organize various event formats, including executive roundtables, innovation forums, workshops, and customer dinners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Practice teams to select relevant event themes.
• Recruit customer speakers, external experts, technology partners, and Royal Cyber executives for events.
• Build account-specific invitation lists in partnership with Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including invitations, registrations, reminders, venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics.
• Secure active participation from technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Databricks.
• Drive strong attendance from qualified target accounts and senior decision-makers.
• Coordinate presentations, demonstrations, speaker preparation, and event materials.
• Ensure accurate capture of all attendees and engagements within the CRM system.
• Ensure Sales follow-up occurs within 48 hours of each event.
• Produce post-event summaries, including photography, video, interviews, and social content.
• Report on meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline/revenue influenced by each event.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the impact of marketing events, particularly those targeting executive-level audiences and generating sales opportunities.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is SAR 18,750 - SAR 22,500.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement in field marketing activities and event management across the region.
