Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team by assisting in various campaigns and digital initiatives. This position offers an opportunity for a new graduate to gain practical experience in marketing and contribute to the company's promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities.
• Provide assistance with events and other marketing-related tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing principles.
• Knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office is considered an advantage.
