About HungerStation and the Role

HungerStation (هنقرستيشن) is seeking a Fintech Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the development, performance tracking, and execution of HungerStation’s Fintech initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners across various financial solutions, including lending, cards, and digital wallets.

Fintech Strategy and Partnership Management

The Fintech Associate will contribute to the strategic growth of HungerStation's fintech offerings by:

• Supporting the identification, assessment, and onboarding of fintech partners across lending, cards, wallets, and other financial solutions.
• Conducting market and competitor benchmarking to inform new fintech initiatives and partnership decisions.
• Preparing business cases, partner evaluations, and internal recommendation decks.
• Supporting ongoing relationship management with fintech partners, including performance tracking, coordination, and issue follow-ups.

Product Performance and Development Support

This role involves active participation in the lifecycle of fintech products and initiatives, specifically by:

• Contributing to customer value proposition definition, competitive analysis, and go-to-market readiness for fintech initiatives.
• Tracking and reporting the performance of assigned fintech products using defined metrics such as adoption, utilization, portfolio size, and growth rate.
• Identifying performance gaps and supporting the execution of improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Compliance

Effective collaboration and adherence to regulatory standards are key aspects of the position:

• Monitoring fintech-related developments, licenses, and practices relevant to HungerStation’s activities.
• Coordinating with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, to ensure alignment on fintech initiatives.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for partner fintech-related initiatives to ensure alignment, follow-ups, and timely execution.
• Assisting in maintaining documentation and compliance-related reporting as required.
• Supporting the preparation of internal updates and presentations for relevant stakeholders.

Operational Management

The Associate will manage the day-to-day operational aspects to ensure the smooth execution of fintech initiatives:

• Managing daily coordination activities related to fintech initiatives, including partner relationship management, marketing campaigns, commercials, and internal action tracking.
• Maintaining product and initiative tracking for assigned fintech products and partnerships, with a focus on learnings, impact, and growth.
• Tracking open issues, risks, and dependencies across fintech initiatives.
• Ensuring timely responses and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth execution.

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Fintech Associate position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated understanding of fintech products and services, including lending, cards, and digital wallets.
• Experience in market analysis, business case development, and partner relationship management.
• Proven ability to track performance metrics and contribute to improvement initiatives.
