About SPIMACO and the Role

SPIMACO is seeking a Government KAM Central Senior Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on strengthening partnerships and expanding business opportunities within the government healthcare sector.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to supervise and guide complex activities, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals. The supervisor will be responsible for innovating processes, implementing best practices, and contributing to SPIMACO's long-term objectives within the government key account management function.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic engagement with key government healthcare stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze government market trends, tender activities, and customer requirements to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Supervise the execution of government account plans to achieve sales objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of government contracts and customer commitments.
  • Monitor account performance, contract compliance, and service quality to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Investigate customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions to maintain strong relationships with government entities.
  • Ensure compliance with SPIMACO policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and government procurement requirements across all assigned accounts.
  • Review sales performance, account developments, and market intelligence to recommend strategic improvements and business actions.

Team Leadership and Strategic Oversight

  • Supervise and guide team activities, ensuring alignment with departmental strategies.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements within the team.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of team members.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in all team outputs.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management regarding team performance and market dynamics.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. A strong background in key account management, particularly within the government or healthcare sector, is essential.
