About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a GRC RSA Archer Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting and developing RSA Archer applications, ensuring the effective management of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and develop RSA Archer applications.
Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports within the RSA Archer platform.
Provide support for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes and address user requests.
Troubleshoot issues related to the RSA Archer platform, workflows, and integrations.
Assist with platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and configuration changes.
Perform regression testing and post-upgrade validation as required.
Maintain technical and operational documentation.
Participate in knowledge-transfer activities and coordinate with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant RSA Archer experience is required, with overall experience ranging from 2-5 years.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with RSA Archer configuration and customization.
Good understanding of GRC processes, including risk, compliance, controls, and assessment workflows.
Experience with integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflow configuration within the RSA Archer platform.
Experience supporting configuration changes, upgrades, and regression testing.

Work Environment

The role operates in an enterprise production and managed-services environment, requiring the ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
