Core Responsibilities

• Deliver role-specific work as described for the associated Request for Proposal (RFP).
• Coordinate assigned evidence, estimates, availability, and technical inputs with the FuntoNetwork proposal team.
• Maintain accurate and timely work products aligned with client requirements and the submission schedule.
• Collect, validate, normalize, and document source data, assumptions, business rules, performance measures, and analysis methods.
• Perform required analysis, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping, and retain working papers.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

Candidate Requirements

• A current resume or professional profile demonstrating experience directly relevant to a Saudi Arabia Procurement Opportunity Analyst role with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
• Examples of comparable work, outcomes, deliverables, and the tools or methods personally utilized.
• Copies or verifiable details for any license, certification, education, clearance, or training expressly required by the role or solicitation.
• Disclosure of availability, preferred work location, travel or onsite capacity, rate expectations (estimated 65-139 USD / Hour), and any schedule constraints prior to the submission deadline.
