This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of orders by managing the receipt, organization, verification, and handover processes to riders and drivers. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context and Purpose

The Ground Operation Team Member plays a critical part in maintaining efficient delivery operations. This involves close collaboration with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, and the Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining a safe and organized hub environment, and addressing operational issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and verify incoming orders for last-mile delivery.
• Hand over orders accurately to riders and drivers.
• Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of all orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment within the hub.
• Support operations during peak demand periods.
• Escalate operational issues to relevant teams or supervisors when necessary.
