The Role

We are seeking a Health Safety Environment Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment, actively working to eliminate risks to health, safety, and the environment.
• Ensure full compliance with Algihaz Holding and client HSE standards, policies, and regulations.
• Organize and conduct HSE training programs tailored to the specific nature of on-site tasks.
• Enforce the implementation of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Plan (JSP), and Life Protection Plan (LPP) during job execution.
• Update and manage all HSE documentation and records in line with company and client standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify ongoing HSE compliance.
• Report safety-related issues to site management and immediate supervisors through regular updates.
• Attend scheduled meetings with clients and management to discuss site safety matters.
• Stay current on relevant health, safety, and welfare legislation and communicate updates to project teams.
• Oversee safety inspections, fire drills, risk assessments, and lone working procedures, ensuring all staff understand their safety responsibilities.
• Participate in monthly meetings to provide input on health and safety performance and concerns.

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on on-site health, safety, and environmental compliance within an EPC company setting.
