Role Summary: Host/ess at Café Boulud

As a Host/ess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm and memorable initial impression. This role involves delivering exceptional service standards while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant's reservation and seating processes, contributing to a personalized and memorable welcome for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and seating guests efficiently and courteously.
• Managing restaurant reservations and coordinating table assignments.
• Overseeing the flow of the restaurant to maximize seating efficiency.
• Promptly responding to guest inquiries and addressing their needs.
• Ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests from arrival to departure.
• Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Applying knowledge of the restaurant's offerings to enhance guest service.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Six months to one year of experience in a restaurant, Food & Beverage, or guest service environment.
• Previous experience as a hostess or in restaurant reservations is preferred.
• Experience within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant setting is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and grooming in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The role demands strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service, operating within a dynamic restaurant environment in collaboration with the Restaurant Management and Service team.
