HR Internship Overview

Alstom is offering an HR Internship opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. This internship provides practical exposure to various Human Resources functions within a global organization. The intern will support key HR processes and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Support various administration requests within the HR department.
• Handle and follow up on Talent Acquisition requests.
• Assist the Global Services (GS) team with the Visa process and provide guidance for new joiners.
• Manage general HR requests, including support for hiring, Human Resources Operations (HRO), new employee orientation, and preparing job offers.
• Provide support for Overtime (OT) related tasks when required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this HR Internship should possess 0-1 years of professional experience. This role is suitable for individuals who are at the beginning of their career and are seeking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a corporate environment.
