About the Job:
As the HR Administration Section Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation, you will be responsible for managing company operations through HR operational tasks, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Saudization regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR Employee Relations including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Contract Management.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and review HR Policies and Insured/Deferred Benefits.
  • Maintain HRIS data governance.
  • Develop and manage relationships with government entities.
  • Handle visa and sponsorship management.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel between Nissan sites in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Dubai.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or General Administration.
  • 25 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Driving license is required.
  • Saudi national - mandatory.

  • Knowledge of Saudi government HR platforms like GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and others.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
