Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team, with previous experience in operations and maintenance companies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in human resources management in operations and maintenance companies.
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate human resources-related activities.
  • Ability to coordinate and deal with: Ministry of Labor - Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - Social Insurance - Ministry of Interior (Passport Department) - Chambers of Commerce.
  • Experience in developing and implementing human resources strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to human resources.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different parties within the company.
  • Ability to cope with daily challenges and pressures in the workplace.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all human resources-related activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure the application of policies and procedures related to human resources.
  • Provide support and consultation to the company management regarding human resources-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to human resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • At least two years of experience in the same field.
  • Fluency in Arabic (with knowledge of English).
