Your role as HR Specialist - HROps will be integral to our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. At Hitachi Energy, you will provide valuable HR insights, specifically focusing on Time & Payroll Management to ensure a smooth payroll process in compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll vendor feedback to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Evaluate time tool performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage payroll-related files including deductions and benefits.
  • Oversee timekeeping systems to ensure accurate employee hour tracking.
  • Review and approve timecard requests and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws in Time Management practices.
  • Stay updated on labor law changes that may impact payroll processing.
  • Generate and analyze timecards reports for management review.
  • Assist with reports related to audits.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in payroll management.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English.
