Job Overview:
The HR Project Specialist at Emdad Al Khebrat will play a pivotal role in the execution and management of human capital projects that aim to enhance organizational performance and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to identify, plan, and execute human capital projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure effective use of time and financial resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in human resources or project management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in applying project management methodologies (*, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
