[Job Responsibilities]

 1. Recruitment & Talent Management

 • Develop and execute recruitment plans based on company growth needs, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.

 • Maintain and expand recruitment channels to optimize talent acquisition.

 • Manage the onboarding process and training to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

 2. Employee Relations & Company Culture

 • Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring compliance.

 • Monitor employee satisfaction, organize team-building activities, and foster a positive work environment.

 • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace disputes to promote effective communication between employees and the company.

 3. Attendance & Compensation Management

 • Manage attendance records and ensure data accuracy.

 • Assist with payroll processing, performance evaluations, and benefits implementation to maintain a fair and motivating compensation system.

 4. Performance Management & Training

 • Assist in developing and optimizing the performance evaluation system, follow up on assessments, and provide improvement suggestions.

 • Organize internal and external training programs to enhance employees’ skills and business capabilities.

 5. Policy Development & Compliance

 • Research local labor laws and ensure company HR policies comply with legal requirements.

 • Develop and refine HR management policies to improve efficiency.


[Job Requirements]

 • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

 • Experience: At least 3 years of HR-related experience; experience in multinational corporations or the retail industry is preferred.

 • Skills:

 • Proficiency in recruitment, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations.

 • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and related regulations with strong compliance awareness.

 • Excellent communication, organizational, and stress management skills.

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Workday).

 • Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic for daily business communication.
