The Position
The HR Specialist is responsible for advising all employees across the KSA region, specifically in Jeddah and Riyadh. This role includes recruiting, partnering with, and providing guidance to managers and employees based on standardized approaches; effectively representing the HR function. The HR Specialist will enable a premium associate experience and manage the recruitment process in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a great employee experience by handling requests with expert knowledge and professionalism.
  • Manage the recruitment process in KSA from identifying needs to sending offers to candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all new hires and leavers.
  • Liaise with partners regarding payroll inputs related to salary payments.
  • Plan visits to boutiques to understand retail team needs for better support.
  • Maintain necessary HR reporting to enhance data analytics and efficiency, such as recruitment tracking and turnover reports.
  • Translate HR processes and policies into clear guidance for various HR cases.
  • Resolve requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with existing policies and keeping interactions to a minimum.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be an HR generalist with 46 years of experience in HR operations and services, possessing a deep understanding of HR processes and local regulations. Strong service mindset, communication skills, particularly in English and the local language, and expertise in labor law are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate personal accountability, resilience, and teamwork skills. Experience with Success Factor is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English.
