About the Role

أكسنتشر is seeking an IAM Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The IAM Analyst will collaborate with clients to implement and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, ensuring robust security and compliance frameworks.

Role Overview

The IAM Analyst will work directly with clients to understand their needs for Identity Governance and Administration. This involves developing strategies, defining technical requirements, and implementing solutions tailored to specific environments. The role focuses on enhancing identity lifecycle management, access control, and compliance reporting through effective deployment and ongoing support of IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
  • Build policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, and auditing permissions.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with clients to develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
  • Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
  • Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific client environments.
  • Establish a link between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating the IAM program roadmap.
  • Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
  • Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
  • Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
  • Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
  • Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
  • Prepare updates and reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Saudi National.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the IAM Analyst will work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver effective Identity and Access Management solutions.
