Independent International Education Consultant (Contractor)

Luzrumo is seeking refined, well-connected, and highly professional Independent International Education Consultants to collaborate remotely across selected international markets. This is a fully remote, online contractor collaboration, not an office-based position. Approved consultants will operate from their country of residence, with a preference for candidates based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, subject to selection, onboarding, and an independent consultant agreement. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Independent International Education Consultant, you will serve as a professional market-facing representative for Luzrumo. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the client journey for assigned Luzrumo services and advisory packages, from initial introduction through to service completion, adhering to Luzrumo’s approved processes, brand standards, and professional guidance. This role requires discretion, accuracy, trust, and a commitment to premium client service.

• Identify suitable prospective students and families within your market.
• Introduce qualified inquiries to Luzrumo through approved company processes.
• Present Luzrumo’s advisory services, packages, and processes using approved company information.
• Support clients from the first inquiry stage through the agreed service journey, where assigned and authorized.
• Assist with consultation preparation, client profiling, family needs analysis, and preliminary information collection.
• Support the organization and follow-up of client documents, academic records, preferences, timelines, and service requirements through approved channels.
• Coordinate communication with families in a professional, discreet, and timely manner.
• Support advisory steps for schools, boarding schools, universities, language programs, short programs, relocation preparation, accommodation coordination, and student-success where included in the client’s selected package.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, progress, follow-ups, and completed service steps.
• Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed carefully and professionally.
• Protect client confidentiality, personal data, documents, family information, and sensitive materials at all times.
• Represent Luzrumo’s premium brand with discretion, precision, care, and professionalism.
• Uphold ethical standards in all client, family, institutional, and market communications.

Consultants are not authorized to promise admission, visa approval, scholarships, residence permits, accommodation, employment, or any third-party outcome. Luzrumo provides advisory, guidance, coordination, and support; final decisions remain with the relevant schools, universities, authorities, providers, and clients.

Collaboration Model and Compensation

This is an independent contractor collaboration with a commission-based compensation model. Commission opportunities typically range from 12% to 15%, depending on the advisory service or full client package. An additional 5% referral uplift may apply for clients introduced through the consultant's direct lead or referral, subject to Luzrumo’s approval and applicable collaboration terms. High-performing consultants may also be considered for performance-based recognition and bonus opportunities. This role does not offer a fixed salary, office-based employment, or guaranteed income.

Contractor Engagement

Selected consultants will operate independently in accordance with Luzrumo’s standards, onboarding requirements, confidentiality obligations, and a formal collaboration agreement. Completion of the onboarding process and signing of the independent consultant agreement are required before commencing any activities on behalf of Luzrumo.
