The Infrastructure Lead Role
TCS is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves taking ownership of critical infrastructure activities, ensuring the resilience, security, and performance of application stacks across various environments. The role requires a professional with a strong background in automation, Linux management, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for:
- Standardizing and managing end-to-end deployment pipelines across all environments (SIT, UAT, Regression, Production, and DR), ensuring seamless integration and consistent application stack management through automated CI/CD workflows.
- Designing and implementing automation scripts and workflows to streamline regular deployments, patching, and system configurations for advanced Linux environments.
- Taking full ownership of RHEL and other Linux-based enterprise activities, including managing scaling and integration for the application stack across all controlled environments.
- Leading 24/7 support for critical issues and conducting quarterly Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and backup testing to guarantee RTO/RPO targets are met.
- Enforcing RBAC, data encryption, and privacy standards, and ensuring platform compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR through rapid patching (within 30 days) and vulnerability remediation.
- Utilizing performance fine-tuning to meet strict application SLAs, maintaining detailed audit logs, health checks, and proactive monitoring to identify issues before they impact users.
- Coordinating with internal IT, InfoSec, and third-party vendors, managing the escalation matrix, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Required Experience
Candidates for this Infrastructure Lead role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, automation, and operational support.
Location and Work Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
