Inventory Controller

About the Role

Abunayyan Holding is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Controller to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and effective stock control within the organization. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and annual physical inventory checks.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage inventory transactions, including goods receipts, material issuance, stock transfers, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with logistics processes and inventory documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time schedule. The Inventory Controller will work within a collaborative environment, coordinating with various internal teams to achieve operational excellence.
