The Role of IT Manager

Flow is seeking an IT Manager to serve as the on-site team resource for all multifamily software implementation and maintenance needs in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing various projects, including conducting training sessions, overseeing vendors during new system installations, and troubleshooting system issues. The IT Manager will also become a subject matter expert for the company’s multifamily building technology software and integrated hardware, reporting directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate familiarity with multifamily software concepts and possess the ability to quickly master new software within the sector.
• Apply knowledge of property-specific technology to ensure staff utilize systems as intended, and assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and maintenance through validation and testing.
• Proactively identify business and/or residential opportunities or gaps related to technology.
• Identify pain points, opportunities, or inefficiencies where technology can provide value-added solutions or increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to the on-site team to ensure consistent access to all necessary tools.
• Conduct and modify training programs for all in-house and vendor products for on-site property teams, both in person and via web-conferencing.
• Create standard operating procedures for various tools and software in use, and serve as a subject matter expert on building systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in the multifamily residential property management industry.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or completion of technical courses related to the telecommunications field.
• Experience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CRM, screening, and Resident apps.
• Strong ability to work unsupervised and manage time and workload effectively to meet priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills, with effective communication abilities across all organizational levels.
