The Role

The IT Technical Engineer will play a supporting role in managing technical operations, maintaining IT systems, and assisting with technology-related projects. This full-time position is designed for a fresh graduate eager to gain practical experience and develop their technical skills within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Support IT projects and technical implementations.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address technical requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• This position is open to fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience.
