The Role of Jeeny Ads Sales Specialist

Jeeny is seeking a Jeeny Ads Sales Specialist to contribute to the growth of its advertising business in Riyadh. This full-time individual contributor role focuses on identifying strategic accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will be responsible for building relationships and securing new business to increase advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, converting qualified leads and outbound prospects into advertising pipeline and closed revenue to accelerate year-over-year growth.
• Identify and penetrate high-potential accounts across key verticals such as FMCG, Telecom, Finance, and Entertainment. Map key marketing decision-makers and agency buying personas to develop tailored engagement strategies.
• Lead high-level conversations with CMOs, Brand Managers, and Agency Executives, communicating the value of Jeeny's first-party data, audience reach, and multi-surface ad formats.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with direct brand decision-makers and key stakeholders within the region's media landscape.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are optimized, delivered successfully, and positioned for renewal.
• Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity data in the CRM, and share market trends, agency insights, and advertiser feedback with leadership to inform ad product development.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and secure new business.
• Experience in sales, particularly within advertising or a related field.
