About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Learning team within Amazon Operations and is seeking a Learning Specialist, AMZL Transportation Field L&D. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and focuses on enhancing the long-term capabilities of assigned areas within the Last Mile operations. The specialist will work closely with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and associates to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

The Learning Specialist will achieve objectives by focusing on associate development and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Measuring associate performance across Safety, Quality, and Productivity metrics, and applying learning tools to improve these operational outcomes.
  • Improving associates' job-related skills through the development, maintenance, and application of learning tools such as methods, checklists, and skill-building agreements.
  • Assisting in the successful execution of training plans during both peak and non-peak operational periods.
  • Executing all standard trainer tasks as defined by the Trainer Standard Work Checklist.
  • Delivering network-standard technical training to associates.
  • Partnering with Operations Leaders to evaluate and enhance training processes within various work areas.
  • Providing direct coaching to associates to improve their job performance.
  • Managing training compliance to ensure that all training records are accurately maintained and housed.
