Live Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Live Operations Supervisor to manage daily live operations within its Food division in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves overseeing the operations team, monitoring active orders, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery experiences. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live orders from restaurant acceptance through delivery, identifying and resolving operational issues and delays.
• Supervise the live operations team, including task assignment and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners, delivery operations, and customer support to resolve order-related issues effectively.
• Track key performance indicators such as order delays, cancellations, and issue resolution times.
• Escalate critical incidents and follow up until a resolution is achieved.
• Provide operational support during peak hours and respond promptly to unexpected disruptions.
• Prepare daily performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coach team members and ensure compliance with established operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of previous experience in live operations, food delivery, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a team and managing daily operational priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with food delivery platforms or restaurant operations is preferred.
