Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crane rental operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational standards to mitigate risks and improve service quality.
• Manage and lead a team of operators and support staff, providing training and performance feedback to cultivate a high-performing work environment.
• Coordinate with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability and functionality of cranes, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, utilizing data analysis and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions, fostering customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Required Experience
