Manager Nationals

About the Role

FP is seeking a Manager Nationals to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading major workstreams within large transformation programs or managing smaller engagements from end-to-end. The Manager will lead consulting teams, report to an Associate Director or Principal, and be accountable for delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.

The Manager plays a critical role in aligning client objectives, team performance, and business priorities to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes. This position requires strong delivery leadership combined with commercial awareness, people development, and the ability to navigate complex client and project environments while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major workstreams or manage smaller engagements, with accountability for scope, plan, economics, and results.
• Define workstream strategies, project approaches, and implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
• Structure complex business challenges and guide teams in developing practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Integrate operational excellence, organizational change, digital technologies, data, automation, and AI into cohesive transformation solutions.
• Lead the successful delivery of transformation initiatives and ensure agreed business outcomes are achieved.
• Manage project risks, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets across assigned workstreams or projects.
• Own relationships with client stakeholders at senior-manager and department-head levels, managing expectations and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Design and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and steering committee meetings with Senior Leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams, providing regular feedback and development support.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, capability-building, and knowledge development across the firm.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving and analysis, defining strategies and guiding teams.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable and sustainable client impact.
• Experience in managing client relationships and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Capability to support team development, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous learning.
