Role Overview: Manager, Specialist Sales (SME Lead)

The Manager, Specialist Sales, serving as the Saudi Arabia SME Lead, is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the SME Cluster Lead. This full-time individual contributor role requires a strong sales and consultative mindset, focusing on understanding client needs and positioning SME card and payment solutions. Success in this position relies on robust client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SME sales growth by identifying client opportunities, developing propositions, and recommending solutions based on a strong understanding of cards and payments to support client revenue, profitability, and customer needs.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through a hands-on, consultative approach with clients, including on-site interactions, needs assessment, opportunity shaping, and solution positioning across financial and non-financial institution partners.
• Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities, develop SME ecosystem plays, and drive the commercialization of signed deals to deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
• Contribute to achieving SME P&L objectives for key customers and broadly within Saudi Arabia, while supporting broader regional expert sales priorities aligned with Saudi Arabia business goals.
• Identify product, proposition, and business innovation opportunities across various SME payment segments.
• Act as a client-facing SME cards and payments consultant, collaborating with customers and internal partners to diagnose needs, shape recommendations, support solution design, and enable execution across sales, product, and market teams.
