Medical Manager

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit a Medical Manager. This full-time position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Medical Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing medical affairs strategies within a specific therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for the assigned therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
• Identify key medical needs, treatment gaps, and emerging opportunities within the local healthcare landscape.
• Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Develop and deliver medical education initiatives to enhance disease awareness and scientific understanding.
• Prepare and review scientific materials, medical presentations, and educational content in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Patient Support teams to support integrated brand and patient strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs.
• Experience in Neurology, Immunology, or Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence-based medicine, and scientific data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
