Haraakah is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing comprehensive mental health support within corporate wellness programs.

Role Overview

The Mental Health Practitioner will be responsible for delivering mental health services to employees, including conducting assessments, offering counseling, and developing individualized care plans. This role involves integrating mental health components into various corporate activities and promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support within corporate wellness programs.
• Conduct assessments and offer counseling services to employees.
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to employee needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate mental health components into sports events, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Deliver psychoeducational sessions focused on promoting resilience, stress management, and emotional well-being.
• Monitor participant progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions and care plans.
• Contribute to program design and evaluation to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, culturally sensitive mental health services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Mental Health Practitioner.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and provide counseling.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Proficiency in delivering psychoeducational sessions.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The practitioner will work directly within the corporate environment to support employee well-being.
