Main Responsibilities:- Implementing the procedures and systems for monitoring employee attendance and vacations.
- Updating employee-related information and professionally handling their complaints and inquiries.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports and keeping them throughout the period of work.
- Effectively raising issues when they arise to the administration manager.
Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with at least one year of experience in the same field.
Required Skills:- Advanced skills in reporting and monitoring.
- Ability to effectively manage employee absenteeism.
- Advanced level in both Arabic and English.
