Tejoury تجـوري is seeking a MEP Maintenance Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the organization's facilities.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the efficient and safe operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The technician will be responsible for activities that ensure business continuity, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with all relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, motors, lighting, control panels, water supply, and drainage.
• Diagnose faults accurately and execute timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Install, replace, and upgrade MEP equipment and components as required.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new MEP systems during facility upgrades and expansion projects.
• Monitor the performance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards related to MEP maintenance.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and report equipment failures and completed work.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure the proper and safe use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in MEP maintenance or a related technical field.

Work Environment and Expectations

This full-time role requires a proactive approach to facility maintenance, including responding to routine and emergency service calls. The technician is expected to work diligently to uphold operational standards and safety protocols across all assigned tasks.
