Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations Consultant

About the Role

PROVEN Consult is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the hands-on implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system designs and solutions, with a strong emphasis on direct experience in Project Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations based on defined business and project requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system designs, configurations, and functional solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations utilizing low-code/no-code capabilities and custom development as needed.
• Work with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Design and support system integrations and data flows between Dynamics 365 Project Operations and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Dynamics 365 Project Operations data.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, system requirements, and reporting needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and user support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Strong experience in system configuration, customization, and platform extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and data migration related to Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Experience with custom development and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse architecture and security.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external and enterprise applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct engagement with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions.
