About Initial Facilities Management

Initial Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Mobilization Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position critical to the successful initiation and conclusion of our projects and contracts.

Role Overview

The Mobilization Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contract and project transitions, encompassing mobilization, transition, and de-mobilization phases. This role requires meticulous planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and robust project management to ensure seamless operations and adherence to contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the mobilization, transition, and de-mobilization of contracts and new projects, utilizing predefined plans and checklists.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure all mobilization actions are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Oversee the mobilization budget, ensuring expenditure remains within the planned Gross Operating Profit (GOP).
  • Develop and implement the Total Facilities Management Service Delivery Plan (TFMSDP).
  • Ensure timely submission of all required departmental reports, maintaining 100% quality and fulfilling contractual deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Liaise with all departments to facilitate the development of objectives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and processes.
  • Chair weekly meetings and conference calls with the operations team and client to provide updates on contract mobilization progress and share updated plans.
  • Define, provide, manage, measure, and set up training activities across all project departments, recording them as part of deliverables submission.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for fulfilling all training modules at the project level.
  • Ensure regular team bonding activities and motivational training are conducted to align all departments towards common goals.
  • Develop the King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) WP03 TFM Handbook.
  • Identify and highlight any issues or risks that may impact successful project delivery, ensuring business continuity during transitions.
  • Fulfill all reporting and deliverables requirements, submitting monthly, weekly, or ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Support presentations and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Oversee staff welfare aspects, including but not limited to estate, fleet, gate access, timesheets, and vacations.
  • Act as a conduit with higher management for human resource issues.
  • Fulfill all listed and contractual responsibilities, along with additional requirements as directed by management within the field of expertise.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mobilization, transition management, or a similar field within facilities management or project operations.
