About the Role

Datalake Saudi Arabia is seeking a MuleSoft Solution Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves serving as the technical design authority for an integration squad focused on Mule 4, supporting a prominent financial services company. The position requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own API-led architecture and RAML-first contract design.
• Promote reuse and define security patterns within integration solutions.
• Ensure alignment with the client's enterprise architecture.
• Review designs and complex DataWeave scripts.
• Guide senior and mid-level developers.
• Support troubleshooting, code review, and technical documentation efforts.

Engagement Context

Datalake is establishing dedicated engineering squads for a financial services client in Riyadh. As a MuleSoft Solution Architect, you will work from a Datalake delivery center located in Riyadh, Cairo, or Tunis. This is an on-site role with no home working options available.

Work Schedule and Environment

The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 17:00 Saudi time (UTC+3), observing the Saudi public holiday calendar. You will operate within the client's established SDLC, repositories, and CI/CD processes. Squads participate in a 24/7 critical incident on-call rota, which includes a documented backup system.

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a MuleSoft Solution Architect.
• Mandatory professional English proficiency for all documentation, ceremonies, and reporting.
