Operations Training Specialist

About the Role

Keemart is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the daily operational support of training programs, encompassing their formulation, execution tracking, and effectiveness evaluation to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for training programs, including training plan formulation, execution tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that training courses are conducted on time and meet business needs.
• Manage training-related data, regularly output operational reports, and propose optimization suggestions.
• Assist in establishing and improving training processes and standards to enhance training operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in training operations or related business operations.
• Team support experience is considered a plus.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with training system setup and project management processes.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Strong data analysis and documentation writing capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
