The Opportunity: Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant

TCS is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support projects, specifically focusing on HRMS modules. The consultant will be instrumental in driving functional requirements and delivering comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup of HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types, security profiles, attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
  • Independently engage business users to understand functional requirements, gather and analyze business needs, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and provide production support.
  • Develop various project deliverables including Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting Requirements, and Training Materials.
  • Configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
  • Work independently on API hooks and facilitate data migration through Oracle HR APIs.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, Learning Management, and Talent Management modules.
  • Proficiency in setting up HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types.
  • Ability to configure security profiles, attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
  • Strong analytical skills to perform Fit-Gap analysis and gather business requirements.
  • Experience in developing project documentation such as Solution Design, Functional Specifications, and Test Scripts.
  • Capability to configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including API hooks and data migration via Oracle HR APIs.

Work Environment and Expectations

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate within Integrated Project Teams, requiring clear and concise communication. The role demands the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet project objectives.
