About the Opportunity

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking an HRMS Technical Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS applications.

Role Overview

The HRMS Technical Consultant is responsible for the full lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS applications, including implementation, development, customization, support, and enhancement. This role involves analyzing technical requirements, developing various technical components, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The consultant will collaborate with business users and functional teams to deliver robust Oracle EBS HRMS solutions that align with HR business operations and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications based on business requirements.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements to provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, and PL/SQL objects.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Request Sets, Interfaces, and APIs.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Support system upgrades, patches, data migration, and enhancement activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and compliance with business and technical requirements.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical role.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the PrimeGate for Communications and IT team.
