About the Opportunity

Aventus is seeking an experienced Oracle Techno Functional SME specializing in Human Resources (HR) to join a client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience ready to contribute to Oracle HR implementations and support.

Role Summary

The Oracle Techno Functional SME will serve as a critical link between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. This role requires providing subject matter expertise across system configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support, ensuring optimal functionality of Oracle HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
• Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work, including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
• Solid knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Work Environment and Availability

This is an on-site role requiring the ability to work for the full contract duration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have immediate or short-notice availability and already hold an IQAMA.
