About the Role

Aventus Global Talent is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional SME with specialization in Human Resources (HR) for a client engagement. This is an on-site, 3-month contract role based in Riyadh, with potential for extension to a long-term contract. The position requires immediate or short-notice availability.

Role Overview

The Oracle Techno-Functional SME will serve as a crucial link between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. This role involves applying expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and providing database-level support to ensure optimal system performance and functionality within the Oracle HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
• Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work, including executing queries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting performance tuning.
• Collaborate with both HR and technical teams to resolve system issues and optimize processes.
• Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
• Solid knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Work Arrangement

This position requires the ability to work on-site in Riyadh for the full contract duration. Candidates must have immediate or short-notice availability and already hold an IQAMA.
