The Role of Oracle HCM Consultant

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on providing expert guidance and implementing Oracle Human Capital Management solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting or a related field. A strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and implementation methodologies is essential for success in this role.
