About the Role

NextEra is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead with expertise in Payroll and Core HR. This full-time role, based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, involves leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in this domain.

Role Purpose and Scope

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Oracle Fusion Payroll, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, HR policies, payroll regulations, and organizational standards. This role encompasses functional delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, solution design, payroll process optimization, compliance management, and post-go-live support within Oracle Fusion SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll modules.
• Configure enterprise and workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, and payroll components.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Conduct workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, technical, and integration teams.
• Manage data migration activities using HDL, reporting using OTBI/BI Publisher, and system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements related to HR and payroll.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), configuration documents, and testing artifacts.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and drive issue resolution.
• Provide production support, implement enhancements, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM implementation, rollout, and Application Management Services (AMS)/support projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll operations.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of SaaS-based HCM applications and integrations.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Middle East/KSA projects and payroll compliance is preferred.
• A valid Saudi IQAMA is mandatory for this position.
