The Role: PKI Operations Specialist

Sirar by stc is seeking a PKI Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will contribute to the operational aspects of Public Key Infrastructure, supporting various processes and ensuring adherence to security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.
• Work on closing incidents and remediating issues identified through regular assessments and reviews in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate reflection of actions in related records, including change requests, certificate management, and incident registers.
• Participate in configurations in accordance with applicable policies and standards.
• Contribute to the development of usage reports for stakeholders and customers.
• Support regular security configuration reviews, assisting the PKI architect.
• Participate in Hardware Security Module (HSM) technical installations, supported by the PKI operator.
• Conduct administrative training for consumer administrators.
• Support internal audits and WebTrust audits.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
