About the Role

ahb (Arabian Housing & Building Contracting Company) is seeking an Information Technology Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications to ensure reliable IT operations and effective technical support.

Role Overview

The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for the efficient management of IT assets and software licenses, with a particular focus on engineering and design tools. This position ensures the smooth functioning of all IT-related aspects within the company, providing essential support to employees and maintaining system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, equipment, and systems, and provide technical support to employees.
• Administer software applications, including managing licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee engineering software, specifically Autodesk products such as Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC.
• Maintain comprehensive inventories of IT assets and software licenses, and manage user access and permissions.
• Ensure system security, data protection, and network reliability across the organization.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address software requirements and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support.
• Proficiency in administering software applications and managing licenses.
• Specific experience with Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, ACC) is required.
• Strong understanding of system security, data protection, and network reliability principles.
