About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a PMO Digital Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to a major infrastructure program for a mixed-use development, aiming to establish a global landmark in Riyadh. The role involves providing PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight across all projects and programs within this significant development.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the PMO Digital Lead is responsible for driving digital transformation within the PMO, focusing on governance and data-driven delivery. This includes overseeing Project Management Consultants (PMCs) and integrating digital tools, analytics, and PMO best practices. The objective is to support robust control and reporting of performance across quality, schedule, cost, and safety, alongside effective risk management. A key responsibility is to integrate digital systems and tools to establish a single source of truth for project data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital PMO framework aligned with the defined digital strategy.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, commercial, reporting, and governance functions.
  • Initiate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms, including dashboards, BIM integration, and data analytical tools.
  • Establish efficiencies through data-driven analysis to enable predictive decisions linked to key success factors for delivery in quality, schedule, cost, and safety.
  • Implement and manage comprehensive digital integration frameworks for the development to ensure continuous data flow, effective decision-making, and improved performance.
  • Develop digital tools for expedited data acquisition and digitalized reporting of design and construction progress, including quality assurance of received data.
  • Enable unified project controls through an integrated platform encompassing planning and scheduling, cost management and forecasting, risk management, change control, and document control.
  • Implement advanced analytics for trend analysis, forecasting, risk prediction, mitigation planning, and utilization of AI models for performance optimization.
  • Lead the implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE), AI-enabled project insights, and deploy innovative digital solutions to enhance project efficiency and delivery outcomes.
  • Mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies.
  • Build digital capability within PMO functions across various projects.
  • Conduct training programs on digital tools, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

  • Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil, infrastructure, and development projects.
  • Experience in data and visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel analytics.
  • Experience with digital platforms, including BIM tools and CDE systems.
  • Proficient user of Primavera P6, Pertmaster, MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.
  • Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, contributing to a significant infrastructure program that aims to create a distinct, self-sustaining hub and global landmark.
