Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading Data Center projects.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of Data Center projects. This includes managing the full project lifecycle, from initial design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, handover, and the transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Center projects across the entire lifecycle.
• Oversee project stages including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure successful transition of projects to operational teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, MEP, or similar complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in risk and change management.
• Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling, UPS, generators, fire protection, and BMS/DCIM.
• Familiarity with Data Center testing and commissioning procedures.
