About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Project Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on promoting the "ALL IN ONE" concept and selling Jazeera's product range to projects within assigned geographical territories. The representative will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, gathering market information, and ensuring the use of Jazeera's products to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, addressing inquiries, complaints, and technical service requirements related to Jazeera's products, painting systems, stocking, and orders.
• Acquire new customers by planning frequent visits to potential clients and managing mail and quotations to expand market share.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project mapping data bank for ongoing, upcoming, completed, and lost projects to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Follow up on customer purchase orders and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with project management to study project quantity estimations before requesting quotations.
• Ensure profitable sales by achieving budgeted targets, maintaining average selling prices, and promoting innovations to increase market share.
• Utilize CRM actively for project activities and updates, prepare quotations through the system, and maintain a reference log for tracking.
• Prepare and update monthly project mapping action plans for follow-up and status review, and arrange Technical Advisor visits for mega and large projects to ensure application standards are met.
• Conduct project-based presentations in coordination with main contractors, consultants, and specifiers to promote the "ALL IN ONE" concept and establish Jazeera's application standards and paint specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues, propose paint systems and usage, and effectively present and negotiate technical and commercial aspects of proposals.
• Secure projects through loyal Jazeera's paint contractors (sub-contractors) in adherence to Jazeera's application standards, and maintain an updated applicators list.
• Generate monthly sales and collection forecast reports for submission to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Department on logistics, including delivery issues, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Reporting and Coordination

The Project Sales Representative will report to a direct supervisor or manager and will be responsible for preparing various reports, including monthly sales and collection forecasts. The role requires close coordination with the supply chain and distribution departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management

A core aspect of this role involves proactive customer engagement through regular visits to maintain strong relationships, address customer needs, and gather essential market intelligence. The representative will also focus on expanding the customer base by identifying and engaging with potential clients.

Project Management and Sales Targets

The role requires diligent project tracking, from initial mapping to ensuring product application aligns with Jazeera's standards. The representative is expected to achieve budgeted sales targets and contribute to increasing market share through effective sales strategies and promotion of innovative products.
