About the Role

Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co. is seeking a Projects Ch. Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is focused on driving revenue growth by selling tailored HVAC solutions and supporting business development initiatives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to leverage technical expertise and market insights to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop value-driven proposals. The role is instrumental in aligning sales efforts with strategic company goals within the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
• Engage with key clients on mega projects to build trust and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Develop and present customized, value-driven proposals for HVAC solutions, leveraging expertise in estimating, selling, and marketing to meet client needs.
• Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, stock availability, and pricing during site visits, providing accurate information and promoting Shaker’s HVAC offerings.
• Lead and support commercial negotiations, preparing terms and coordinating stakeholder alignment to secure agreements that optimize value and reinforce strategic partnerships.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlog reports to monitor progress, inform strategic decisions, and achieve revenue goals.
• Provide expert technical support, responding to inquiries on product features, specifications, and applications to facilitate informed client decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, supporting strategic planning and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with customer requirements.
• Stay informed on technological advancements, industry developments, and competitive dynamics within the HVAC sector.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics in all client and stakeholder interactions.
• Monitor key sales performance indicators and prepare regular reports to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 3 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, particularly within HVAC solutions. A strong technical background is essential to effectively tailor and present complex solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Attributes

Success in this position requires proven abilities in client relationship management, commercial negotiation, and strategic business development.
