About the Role

JPL centre, a Dubai-based company, is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Saudi National to represent and support the company in Riyadh. This part-time role requires a professional individual to coordinate with relevant authorities, manage official follow-ups, and assist with local business development. The position offers a salary range of SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625.

Role Overview

The PRO will act as the primary local representative for JPL centre in Saudi Arabia, specifically in Riyadh. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships within the region and serving as a key point of coordination between Saudi-based contacts and the Dubai management team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in representing the company's interests and facilitating its operations in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in Saudi Arabia for official and business-related matters.
• Coordinate with government departments, authorities, organizations, and business partners.
• Attend meetings and appointments on behalf of the company.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, documentation, and official correspondence.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a local point of coordination between Saudi-based contacts and the Dubai management team.
• Provide regular updates and reports to company management.
• Assist with local business development and coordination activities.
• Identify potential opportunities, contacts, and organizations relevant to the company’s business activities.
• Handle confidential documents and company information professionally.
• Travel locally for meetings, appointments, and official visits when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with management in Dubai.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates preferably should be based in Riyadh.
