Your Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate advantageous contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Contract Management: Draft and manage contracts while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Procurement Operations: Oversee the entire procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to procurement processes and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Risk Management: Identify procurement-related risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor the procurement team and collaborate with project stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior procurement experience in construction or infrastructure.
  • Experience with high-value projects and Middle East government procurement processes.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
